Terms & Conditions
Website Audit
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Website Audit Service provided by Veronika Wenigova (business address: Calle La Lancha 2, 3A, Puerto de la Cruz, 384 00, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain; identification number: Y7505264X, email: hello@wenigova.com) (“Provider”). The client (“Client”) refers to the individual or entity booking and paying for the service.
These terms ensure both parties are aware of their rights and obligations and agree to adhere to the outlined conditions.
1. Payment and Booking Confirmation
Full payment must be completed to secure a booking for the Website Audit service. Bookings are confirmed only after the payment has been processed.
2. Rescheduling Policy
The Client is allowed to reschedule their audit call once only, and this must be done at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled date and time.
If the Client attempts to reschedule more than once, the meeting will not be held, and the Client will receive the audit findings in spreadsheet form without a call.
3. Audit Scope and Details
The audit aims to provide a comprehensive assessment of website performance across various aspects critical to user experience and site functionality.
The focus of the audit will be on the homepage as a primary representation of the website. Detailed analysis of additional pages is not included in the base audit.
4. Deliverables
The Client will receive the following:
- A 1:1 online meeting to discuss the audit findings (if attended).
- A comprehensive audit report with actionable recommendations.
- A recording of the call for future reference (if the call occurs).
The audit is designed to provide clear, practical insights; however, the depth of detail aligns with industry standards for website audits.
5. Implementation Services
The Website Audit service includes actionable recommendations that outline what the client should do to improve their website.
Implementation of these changes is not included in the audit but can be purchased as an add-on service if desired.
While the Provider can assist with implementing the suggested changes, this is considered a separate service and is not part of the Website Audit package.
6. Meeting Cancellations and No-Shows
Meeting cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. If the Client cancels without sufficient notice or fails to show up, no refund will be provided, and the audit will be completed and sent by email.
7. Liability and Guarantees
The audit recommendations are based on the Provider’s extensive experience and professional judgment. However, these recommendations are personal and subjective, and no guarantee of specific outcomes, such as increased traffic or conversion rates, is provided.
The Client is responsible for the implementation of the suggested changes and assumes all associated risks. The Provider will not be held liable for any issues resulting from the advice given or the client’s actions post-audit.
8. Data Storage and Availability
While the Provider aims to retain audit reports and call recordings for client convenience, there is no long-term guarantee of document storage. The Client is encouraged to download and securely store all provided documents and recordings.
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Any concerns regarding the quality or content of the audit must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of receiving the final report. The Provider will review the feedback and provide a response or resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
The Provider values client satisfaction and welcomes constructive feedback; however, refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and at her discretion.
10. Service Disruptions and Refunds
In the event that I am unable to deliver the audit due to circumstances within the Provider’s control—such as illness, technical failures, or lack of internet connectivity—the Provider will promptly inform the Client and work to reschedule the session at the earliest convenience.
If rescheduling is not possible or if the service cannot be delivered as promised due to the Provider’s error, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued to the Client.
